The Fitness and Free Weight Areas are filled with Nautilus and free weight equipment designed to work every part of the body. The Aerobics Room is enclosed for sound absorption and has a specially designed floor to absorb high impact along with state of the art sound system to make your workout pleasant and enjoyable. Come work out at your convenience! TOP FITNESS makes it easy for you to work out before or after work with our state of the art clean locker facilities. The staff insures the shower facilities remain clean and sanitized for your use. Lockers are available for use during your work out.
We have individual, family and aerobic memberships. Your TOP FITNESS membership will include an orientation to strength & cardiovascular equipment and a free fitness evaluation prior to beginning the program. TOP FITNESS trainers follow the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for exercise participation.

AEROBIC
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 20/20/20 20/20/20 is twenty
minutes of kickboxing, twenty minutes of abs and twenty minutes of
sculpting. This is a variety of aerobics classes all wrapped into one. ADVANCED HULA-HOOPBeginner
hula-hoop class experience is needed to attend advanced hula-hoop.
Advanced hula-hoop works outer areas as well as the abdominal core.
AGELESS FITA workout incorporating a cardio routine, hand held weights and exercises from the wall. You will increase your cardio and muscular endurance as well as improve range of motion and balance. You get to pick your intensity which makes it an ideal class for all ages! BEGINNER HULA-HOOPIf you are looking
for a fun way to get in shape, hula-hoop fitness is for you! Our
specially weighted hula-hoops can effectively trim the waistline, tone
hips and glutes, and sculpt arms and legs. The hoop is also an amazing
cardio workout, which will boost your flow of energy! Having a strong
core improves balance and posture. The circular motion of hula hooping
is perfect for improving core strength. Also, improve your hand eye
coordination while relaxing the mind and spirit. Come share the joy,
passion, and humor of hula-hoop and rebuild your confidence and
self-esteem! CIRCUITCircuit is an
interval aerobics class made up of high intensity cardio intervals
followed by low intensity strength building. This class is designed for
maximum weight loss. KICKBOXINGKickboxing is a high
intensity class with kicks and punches. It is based on the Billy Blanks
Tae Bo work out. LOW IMPACTLow impact is a low
intensity weight bearing (one foot on the floor) form of exercise that
uses an eight-count combination to create a fun dance-like routine. POWER SCULPT
Power Sculpt uses
resistance bands, balls and weights along with bursts of intense cardio
intervals for site-specific body sculpting. POWER YOGAPower yoga is a more
advanced yoga. It entices holding posses longer, more cardio, movements
in and out of poses, more core work and has a zinyasna flow. SILVER SNEAKERSSilver Sneakers is
geared towards senior adults. Have
fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily
living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a
ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or
standing support. STEP N-SCULPT
Step N-Sculpt uses a
step as a tool for resistance cardio training along with sculpt
intervals for body sculpting. YOGAYoga is a series
of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the
body and mind, and tranquility. YOGA/PILATESYoga/pilates is a
combination of yoga and pilates targeting to stretch and shape. Pilates
is a method of physical and
mental exercise involving stretches and breathing that focus on
strengthening the abdominal core. ZUMBA Zumba
fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a
dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature
interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance
training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got
Zumba!

Babb, Massage Therapist, TOP Rehab Services, Inc.
Judy has
been a practicing Massage Therapy in the local community for 19 years.
She specializes Integrative Therapy, but her passion in Lymphedema
Therapy. Judy makes sure that each person receives customized
therapy according to their own needs. Judy is available by
appointment only. She can be reached at 931-273-3562.
Ron
Clippard, Massage Therapist, TOP Rehab Services, Inc.
Ron has
been a practicing massage therapist for nearly 10 years. He is
capable in both Swedish Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, and has a
working knowledge with a wide range of adjunct therapies. For
the past two years Ron has been training in Bowen Technique.
He is a certified practitioner with the Bowen Therapy Association of
Australia. Bowen Technique, or Bowtechฎ
is a gentle, holistic manual therapy that balances tensional
patterns in the body and stimulates the body's capacity for healing.
Ron is available by appointment most evenings and weekends at
