Physical Therapy
Lisa Hatfield, PT, Owner
Lisa is a Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She has extensive experience in pediatrics, vestibular rehabilitation, industrial medicine, ergonomics, and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. Lisa loves working with patients of all ages and values the relationships she builds with patients and their families. She is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that help people improve mobility, achieve their goals, and maintain long-term health. Lisa has been married to her husband, Rob, for 40 years and is the proud mother of four sons and grandmother of three grandchildren. When she's not helping patients, she enjoys gardening, working in her greenhouse, traveling, reading, attending Broadway shows, and relaxing on Florida beaches.
Andrea Gunn, DPT
Andrea is a Physical Therapist and Certified McKenzie (MDT) clinician who earned her undergraduate degree in Education and Athletic Training from the University of Alabama at Birmingham before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy education at East Tennessee State University. She is passionate about helping patients become independent in managing their own care through education, self-care strategies, and injury prevention. Andrea enjoys getting to know each patient and empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to reduce pain, prevent future dysfunction, and stay active long after therapy ends. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys gardening, making jewelry, staying active through exercise, hunting, and traveling. At home, she's accompanied by her beloved 12-year-old Yorkie, who proudly holds the title of "the best girl" and is an important part of her family.
Ashley McMurtry, PT, DPT
Ashley is a licensed physical therapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a strong foundation in athletics, leadership, and patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Newberry College (Newberry, SC), graduating cum laude from 2004–2008. During her undergraduate years, Ashley competed as a dual-sport collegiate athlete in basketball and softball and was actively involved in Kappa Delta Sorority. Ashley went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Her graduate education emphasized the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults—with conditions limiting movement and daily function. Her training also focused on patient education, prevention of mobility loss, and the development of fitness- and wellness-oriented programs to support healthier, more active lifestyles. Since May of 2013, Ashley has been employed with TOP Rehab Services, Inc. in Tullahoma, TN, where she currently serves as a Clinical Manager. Outside of work, Ashley has been married since 2008 to her husband, Cody, a Tullahoma native, and together they are raising four daughters in Tullahoma, TN. Her commitment to family, community, and lifelong movement strongly influences her approach to care and leadership.
Paisley Vanzant, PTA
Paisley is a Physical Therapist Assistant with associate degrees from Motlow State Community College and Chattanooga State Community College. She has a passion for pediatric therapy and says the best part of every day is getting to work with children and celebrate their successes. Paisley loves creating a fun, encouraging environment where kids can build confidence while reaching their therapy goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Darien, their three daughters, and their fur baby, Sophie. Family time, traveling, outdoor adventures, and movie nights are some of her favorite ways to relax.
William George Lhota III, PTA
William is a Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate of Applied Science degree and specialized certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation (Level III) and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the lumbar spine. He is passionate about helping members of the community return to their prior level of function and regain independence. William enjoys working alongside patients as they progress toward their goals and improve their quality of life. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, reading, gaming, and spending time with his twin daughters.
Crystal Hale, LMT, PTA
Crystal is both a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, bringing a unique combination of skills to patient care. She studied at South College, the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness, and MacMurray College. Crystal loves helping patients feel their best and enjoys working alongside the amazing team at TOP Rehab. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her two grown sons, granddaughter, and grandson. She also enjoys traveling, discovering great food, and making memories with family.
Occupational Therapy
Diane Wiedemann, OTR/L
Diane is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Her areas of expertise include sensory processing, handwriting, stroke rehabilitation, hand therapy, autism, mental health, and cerebral palsy. Diane is passionate about empowering people to help themselves and discover what they are capable of achieving. A proud parent of six adult children, including three with special needs, Diane brings both professional and personal insight to her work. In her free time, she enjoys writing books, leading Bible studies, creating arts and crafts, spending time with her grandchildren, and pursuing creative projects. Diane is also the author of four published books in the Made in His Image series.
Tiffany Stella, MOT, OTR/L
Originally from Northern Illinois, Tiffany is an Occupational Therapist who earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before completing her Master of Occupational Therapy at Concordia University Wisconsin. Tiffany is passionate about helping children build confidence and independence through engaging, individualized therapy. Her professional interests include school-based occupational therapy, handwriting, visual integration, sensory-based feeding, sensory integration, reflex integration, and infant/toddler development. She loves being a friendly face for the students she serves in both Grundy County and Tullahoma City Schools and finds the greatest joy in celebrating both their little and big victories and helping students build confidence in themselves and their skills. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys tackling DIY projects on her tiny house, hiking, Civil War reenacting, visiting historical sites and museums, reading, crafting, keeping up with the latest occupational therapy research, and dreaming up fun new therapy themes and activities for her students. At home, she's kept company by her spoiled Yorkie, Finnley, who proudly holds the title of her favorite four-legged sidekick.
Heather Moyer, COTA/L
Heather is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Nashville State Community College and is Saebo Certified. She has experience in stroke rehabilitation, Allen Cognitive assessments, handwriting, and school-based therapy, but her true passion is working with children. Heather has dreamed of becoming an occupational therapy practitioner since she was just 14 years old, and she loves watching her pediatric patients grow in confidence as they master new skills. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a child light up with excitement after reaching a goal—or running into therapy with a smile because they know they're going to have fun while learning. Heather is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps every child reach their fullest potential. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their three daughters, Harper, Mackenzy, and Madison, along with their two dogs, Harley and Ace. Whether she's cheering from the softball or basketball sidelines, spending a day on the lake, swimming, or enjoying the outdoors with her family, Heather is happiest making memories with the people she loves.
Kathy Peacock, COTA/L, NBCOT, CPAM
Kathy is an Occupational Therapy Assistant with an Associate of Applied Science degree, NBCOT certification, and specialized credentials in Physical Agent Modalities (CPAM). She is currently pursuing certification in Primitive Reflex Integration and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful milestones. Kathy works with multiple populations, including children and adults at our outpatient clinic as well as students in a local school district. Kathy's favorite part of therapy is seeing someone accomplish something they couldn't do before. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, crafting classes, and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved crew of four cats and two dogs.
Speech Therapy
Olivia Jackson, M.S., CFY-SLP
Olivia is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She is passionate about providing child-led, play-based therapy that helps young children develop communication skills through spoken language or AAC. Olivia also enjoys working with adults recovering from neurological events such as stroke, helping them regain confidence and independence through improved communication. When she's not in the clinic, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, exploring the outdoors, traveling with her husband, and taking cruises. She and her husband also love spending time with their two beloved pets, Milo and Snowball.
Amy Whitsett, MA, CCC-SLP
Amy is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from Middle Tennessee State University and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With 26 years of pediatric speech therapy experience, Amy has dedicated her career to helping children communicate more effectively and confidently. Her favorite part of the job is simply getting to play and connect with children while supporting their growth. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Milton, their children Avery and Owen, and their three dogs—Biggie Smalls, Boone, and Bentley. She is also an avid sports fan who enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball, and college softball.

Ron Clippard, LMT
Ron is a Licensed Massage Therapist with certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and advanced training in the Emmett Technique. He specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries and improving range of motion, helping clients feel better and engage more fully in life. Ron enjoys seeing positive outcomes from treatment and takes pride in helping people move and function more comfortably. When he's not in the clinic, you'll likely find him reading, listening to music, hiking, cooking, exploring bodywork and sound healing, or enjoying the outdoors.
Crystal Hale, LMT, PTA

Athletic Training
Heath McCullough, ATC
Heath received his undergraduate degree in Sports and Fitness Administration while playing baseball at Freed Hardeman University. An injury during his Sophomore season sparked his interest in Athletic Training. He was a student athletic trainer his Junior and Senior years. Following graduation, he became an intern athletic trainer at Vanderbilt Sports Medicine Center and provided sports medicine coverage for Belmont University’s Women’s athletic programs. After the completion of his internship, he attended Austin Peay State University and received his master’s degree in Exercise Science. At Austin Peay, he was the graduate assistant athletic trainer for football and baseball. He moved to Winchester in 1996 and was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Tennessee Tomahawks professional baseball team and was the Athletic Trainer for Huntland High School for twelve years. In 2001 while serving as the Athletic Trainer at Huntland, he received the Tennessee High School Athletic Trainer of the Year Award. He has served as the Athletic Trainer for Tullahoma High School since January 2009. He lives in Winchester with his wife, Leanne and their three children, Tommy, Caroline, and Elise. He enjoys spending time with his family, being on the lake, and hunting and fishing with his kids.
Elizabeth Williams- Administrative Assistant & Precertification Specialist
Elizabeth has been an integral part of TOP Rehab for 18 years, serving as an Administrative Assistant and Precertification Specialist. With an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Motlow State Community College, Elizabeth helps keep the clinic running smoothly and ensures patients have a positive experience from their very first interaction. Family is at the center of her life—she is a proud mom and stepmom to six children and "Mimzy" to seven grandchildren. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, fishing, playing games, supporting her children and grandchildren, and embracing her role as a dedicated band mom.
Kay Honey- Billing Specialist
Kay serves as Medical Billing Specialist at TOP Rehab Services, Inc. She has over 35 years’ experience in the medical field. Kay strives to keep current in the ever-changing world of Medical Billing to ensure all the latest regulations are implemented. Her duties include all charge entry, AR, and claim appeals. Kay enjoys working with patients, insurance companies, as well as helping co-workers. She seeks to provide great customer service along with being a valuable team member. Kay has been married for 46 years. She has a son, daughter and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, going to Basketball games, and having sleepovers.
Windi Jones- Billing Specialist
Windi is passionate about helping patients and families navigate the often-complicated world of healthcare so they can focus on what matters most—making progress. With more than 30 years of experience in collections, healthcare outreach, community engagement, provider relations, insurance, and billing navigation, she is a knowledgeable advocate who works tirelessly behind the scenes to remove barriers to care. As the parent of a child with special needs, Windi brings both professional expertise and personal understanding when helping families navigate Medicaid applications, TEIS referrals, grant opportunities, and other funding resources that can make therapy more accessible. Her favorite part of her job is building meaningful relationships with patients while ensuring they feel supported every step of their rehabilitation journey. Outside of work, Windi enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, cheering on her children in their activities, volunteering as a board member for Buddy Ball, and serving as a multi-county parent representative for the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee. Her compassion, advocacy, and dedication make her an invaluable resource for the families we serve.
Crystal Holt, Billing Specialist
Crystal is an important part of the TOP Rehab team, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in medical billing and helping ensure the behind-the-scenes process runs smoothly for both patients and providers. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Draughan's Jr. College in 2006 and enjoys helping patients navigate the financial side of their therapy experience with care and efficiency. Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her husband, Wil, cheering on her children, Brylee and Curtis, at their ball games, taking family trips to the zoo, and building LEGO creations together. Her home is also full of furry fun with two dogs, Arlo and Marshmallow, and a cat named Oreo.
Fran Meeks- TEIS & Medical Records
Fran is now the Department President for the VFW Auxiliary. She has been with TOP Rehab since 2001, serving in other roles including Medical Records and Marketing. She graduated from High School in Hialeah, Florida and attended Long Beach Community College. She served as TN State Fair Dairy Superintendent 2000-2002. She currently is a member of VFW Post 4188 Auxiliary and has served as Treasurer since 2003. She is Department of TN VFW Auxiliary Chaplain. She volunteers with Schnauzer Love Rescue by fostering, assisting with home visits and transports. She has fostered over 70 Schnauzers who have gone on to their forever homes.
Jo Walker- Accounts Receivable
Jo is an accounts receivable clerk and secondary insurance biller with TOP REHAB, where she has been employed for a total of 8 years. Working in various health provider offices for nearly 40 years has given Jo a solid foundation to work all aspects of the health care office. Jo is a very detail-oriented individual who believes in and strives for keen accuracy of applying insurance and patient payments to customer accounts. Jo also aides in the secondary billing process.
Tara Chernicky- Receptionist
Tara loves being one of the friendly faces patients see when they visit TOP Rehab. She enjoys interacting with patients each day and finds great joy in watching their progress throughout their therapy journey. Tara's warm personality and caring nature help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys making jewelry and spending time tending to her garden.
Amanda Pushor- Receptionist
Amanda is one of the happy faces who helps welcome patients to TOP Rehab. She enjoys being part of a team that is dedicated to helping people improve their lives and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Amanda's warm personality and willingness to help make her an important part of the clinic, and she loves building connections with the families we serve.

Joy is an important part of the TOP Rehab team, helping keep patient medical records organized, accurate, and accessible so our therapists can focus on providing exceptional care. She enjoys being part of a team dedicated to helping patients on their therapy journey and takes pride in supporting the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the clinic running smoothly. Outside of work, Joy loves spending time with her husband, five children, and her cat. She also enjoys making memories with her grandchildren, gardening, caring for her flowers, and spending time outdoors. Her caring nature and love for family shine through in everything she does, making her a valued member of the TOP Rehab family.
Colton Norton- Administrative Assistant
Colton is an outgoing administrative assistant who can be seen throughout the office helping wherever he is needed. He is passionate about making technology more accessible and empowering individuals with visual impairments to live, work, and communicate independently. Colt studied Information Technology at Tennessee Tech. As an Assistive Technology Instructor for the Visually Impaired who is Magnification Certified, he specializes in JAWS (Job Access with Speech), magnification software, speech accessibility tools, and other adaptive technologies that help people navigate both everyday life and the workplace. He especially enjoys helping others build confidence by improving their communication and technology skills. Outside of work, Colton enjoys spending time with his wife, 3D printing, recumbent biking, and piloting drones.
